Top Hat Grommet

Compare the lid hole and airlock stem with your existing grommet, as fermenter fittings vary. Fit the grommet into a clean, smooth lid opening without stretching or cutting it.

Replace the grommet if it becomes split, hardened, loose or difficult to clean. Clean and sanitise it before every fermentation.
