Still Spirits Top Shelf Schnapps Base provides the sweetness, body and smooth mouthfeel needed when making schnapps from a flavouring and neutral spirit or vodka. One 300g pack makes 1.125 litres of finished schnapps.

What you will need

• A Top Shelf schnapps flavouring
• The quantity of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka stated on the flavouring bottle
• Water to make 1.125 litres

How to use

1. Add the neutral spirit or vodka to a large mixing bowl.
2. Slowly add the Schnapps Base while stirring with a whisk.
3. Add the schnapps flavouring.
4. Top up to 1.125 litres with water and mix thoroughly.
