Essencia EziBase Liqueur & Schnapps Mix – 1L

Essencia EziBase Liqueur & Schnapps Mix is a ready-to-use liquid foundation for homemade liqueurs and schnapps. It replaces a powdered base and allows the sweetness and body to be adjusted more easily to suit the flavouring and your preference.

Using EziBase

Use the amount that corresponds to the base specified by the flavour recipe:

• Base A equivalent: 200ml
• Base B equivalent: 250ml
• Base C equivalent: 300ml

Add the chosen spirit flavouring and neutral spirit as directed, then top the completed mix to 1.125L with water. The 1L bottle can make several batches, with the exact number depending on which base equivalent is required.
