Still Spirits Top Shelf Red Liqueur Base C 320g

Still Spirits Top Shelf Liqueur Base C adds the sweetness and body needed for Top Shelf liqueur flavourings that specify Base C. The 320g sachet makes 1.125 litres of finished liqueur.

How to use

1. Add the amount of alcohol stated on your essence bottle to a large mixing bowl.
2. Slowly add the Base C powder while whisking.
3. Add the essence, then top up to 1.125 litres with water.

Suitable alternatives

• Essencia EziBase Liqueur & Schnapps Mix – 1L: use 300ml in place of Base C, then follow the essence instructions.
• Pure Distilling Sweetened Liqueur Base – 1L: a ready-to-use liquid base for sweet liqueur styles; follow its own mixing directions.
• Pure Distilling Thickener Liqueur Base – 1L: a thicker liquid option where a heavier liqueur texture is wanted.
