Spirits Unlimited Traditional Dark Rum creates a full-flavoured dark-rum-style spirit with rich molasses character without heavy oak dominating the finish. The 50ml bottle makes approximately 5L.

Mixing and resting

Add the flavouring to neutral spirit at the ratio stated on the bottle, mix thoroughly and adjust the final volume as directed.

Allow the finished rum to rest for at least seven days before serving so the molasses and spirit notes can integrate.

Still Spirits Original Dark Rum can be measured for individual bottles or used to flavour up to 5 litres. This Traditional Dark Rum makes approximately 5 litres with a fuller molasses-led profile and at least seven days of rest.
