Spirits Unlimited Traditional Dark Rum creates a full-flavoured dark-rum-style spirit with rich molasses character without heavy oak dominating the finish. The 50ml bottle makes approximately 5L.

Mixing and resting

Add the flavouring to neutral spirit at the ratio stated on the bottle, mix thoroughly and adjust the final volume as directed.

Allow the finished rum to rest for at least seven days before serving so the molasses and spirit notes can integrate.
