Spirits Unlimited Premium Rum

Spirits Unlimited Premium Rum creates a well-oaked, medium-bodied rum with rich molasses character. The concentrated 50ml bottle flavours up to 5 litres of neutral spirit.

How to use

Add the essence to neutral spirit at the rate on the bottle, mix thoroughly, then allow the finished drink to rest for at least seven days so the flavour can integrate.

Helpful additions

For extra oak character, mature a small trial portion with suitable spirit-finishing oak and taste regularly. Keep an un-oaked portion aside for comparison.
