Southern Tap Ginger Beer uses real ginger root and Hawke’s Bay apple concentrate to produce a dry, naturally flavoured 20-litre batch.

What else you will need

• Required: 500g dextrose
• Optional: Cider finings if you prefer a clearer finished drink

The kit contains ginger and apple concentrate, organic yeast, nutrient and instructions. Clean and sanitise the equipment, follow the supplied method and confirm fermentation is complete before packaging.
