Pure Distilling Pink Gin

Pure Distilling Pink Gin combines raspberry, strawberry and blackberry with a sweeter finish, making it a softer alternative to a very dry traditional gin profile.

Mixing instructions

• Add the 50ml bottle to 2.2 litres of approximately 40% neutral spirit.
• For extra sweetness, add up to 120g sugar and mix well.
• Age for at least seven days before serving.

Makes: Approximately 2.25 litres.
