Pure Distilling Golden Rum produces a medium-bodied Caribbean-style rum with vanilla, almond and citrus layered over rounded caramel.

Mixing and ageing

• Bottle size: 50ml
• Makes: 2.25 litres
• Ageing: Allow at least seven days after mixing.

Mix with a suitable neutral spirit and rest before serving so the sweet and citrus notes can integrate.
