Crafted from premium 99.7% copper and built at nearly double the weight of many competing domes, the Alembic Copper Dome is designed for serious distillers chasing cleaner, smoother spirits.

Fitting directly on top of your boiler in place of the standard lid, the dome increases copper contact during distillation. This added copper exposure helps bind and remove unwanted sulphur compounds, resulting in a noticeably higher-quality spirit with improved aroma, flavour, and mouthfeel.

Traditionally inspired alembic shaping also encourages gentle reflux inside the dome, helping refine vapours before they reach your condenser. The result is a more polished final product without sacrificing the character of your wash.
