Plastic Sampler – Wine Thief

A plastic wine thief for withdrawing a clean sample from a fermenter or carboy, especially when the vessel has no tap.

How to use it

Clean and sanitise the sampler, draw enough liquid for your test, then use a hydrometer to monitor fermentation or final gravity. For good hygiene, do not pour the tested sample back into the batch.
