Plantation Rum Barrel Chips – 100g

Wet ex-rum barrel chips for adding colour, oak and mature rum character to spirit.

How to use

Add 10-15g per litre and allow around 10 days of contact as a starting point. Taste during maturation and remove or filter the chips once the balance suits you, as extraction varies with strength, temperature and dose.
