Mangrove Jacks Craft Series Gluten Free Pale Ale

Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series Gluten Free Pale Ale uses sorghum rather than barley malt to produce a light, crisp pale ale with citrus, tropical-fruit, pine and herbal character. Citra and Northern Brewer hops provide a firm, dry and bitter finish.

• Makes approximately 23 litres.
• Approximate ABV: 4.6% with the specified dextrose addition.
• Bitterness: 4/5, approximately 38–46 IBU.
• Colour: cloudy gold.
• Main extract: sorghum.

What else you will need

Add Dextrose – 1 kg as specified. To keep the finished beer suitable for a gluten-free requirement, make sure every cleaner, fermenter, utensil, bottle and ingredient used is free from cross-contact with gluten-containing brews.
