Mangrove Jack’s Bavarian Wheat is a crisp, refreshing wheat-beer kit made from a balanced blend of wheat and barley malt. It makes approximately 23L and is best enjoyed fresh while its distinctive yeast and grain character is lively.

What to use with this kit

For extra wheat-malt body and flavour, use Mangrove Jack’s Wheat Liquid Malt Extract. A standard brew enhancer gives a lighter middle ground, while dextrose produces a drier, less full-bodied beer.

Follow the kit instructions and serve chilled, optionally with lemon or lime.
