How to use it

Place the pad on a stable, dry surface and position the fermenter on top. Monitor the actual liquid temperature rather than relying only on room temperature, and switch the pad off if the brew approaches the upper end of the yeast’s recommended range.

Helpful addition

Add a Stick-on Thermometer Strip to the fermenter so you can see whether heating is genuinely needed.
