Malic Acid – 10g

A 10g malic-acid addition for increasing acidity in wine when measurement or a recipe shows it is needed.

How to use

Supplier guidance is one teaspoon per 5L as required. Add gradually, mix and taste or measure before adding more.

Acid is difficult to remove once overdosed; use accurate scales for small batches.
