Grainfather Pressure Transfer

The Grainfather Pressure Transfer attaches to a compatible Grainfather Conical Fermenter so beer can be moved to a keg or bottles without lifting the fermenter for a gravity transfer.

What else you will need

• A suitable CO2 cylinder
• A compatible gas regulator
• Two AAA batteries for the pressure gauge

Transfer through the fermenter’s dual-valve tap or the lid’s beer-racking pipe. Use only low, controlled pressure within the fermenter manufacturer’s stated limits and check every gas connection for leaks.
