Essencia Single Malt Whisky Barrel Chunks – 100g

Essencia Single Malt Whisky Barrel Chunks are cut from freshly emptied Pōkeno whisky barrels that aged spirit for 4–10 years, retaining wet oak, char and authentic single-malt character.

Suggested use

• Pack size: 100g
• First soak: About 500ml spirit for up to seven days; taste daily after day four.
• Further soaks: Reuse with about 460ml spirit, extending contact time and tasting regularly.

Drain, allow sediment to settle and filter slowly after soaking. Each reuse shifts from stronger whisky flavour towards lighter colour and more oak, so keep notes and blend batches to taste.
