Essencia London Gin is a citrus-forward London dry gin-style flavouring, balancing juniper and classic botanicals with prominent orange and lemon peel notes. It is particularly suited to a crisp gin and tonic served with citrus.

Mixing instructions

• One bottle flavours 2.25 litres.
• Add to suitable neutral spirit or vodka and mix thoroughly.
• Allow the finished spirit to rest for seven days so the flavour can integrate.

Sweetening is optional and should be adjusted only if you prefer a softer finish.
