Essencia Blue Sapphire creates an ultra-smooth London dry gin-style spirit with classic juniper supported by citrus and a broad range of botanical notes.

How to mix

Add the essence to 2.25L of 40% ABV neutral spirit and mix thoroughly. Allow the finished gin-style spirit to rest for at least seven days before serving for a more integrated flavour.

This bottle supplies flavouring only; prepared neutral spirit is required. Serve with tonic, use in gin cocktails or enjoy over ice.
