Edwards Melon Liqueur

Edwards Melon Liqueur blends rockmelon, honeydew and watermelon into a bright, refreshing liqueur-style flavour.

What else you will need

• 850ml vodka or 38% neutral spirit
• 350g white sugar or about 400ml simple syrup
• 260ml water

Add the full 50ml essence and mix thoroughly to make approximately 1.4 litres.

Alternative melon liqueur essence

• Top Shelf Melon Liqueur makes 1.125 litres with 650ml of 40% neutral spirit and a separately prepared Top Shelf Schnapps Base. Its recipe and yield differ from this Edwards essence.
