Edwards Lucky Lychee creates a smooth, rich fruit liqueur with distinctive lychee character, suited to serving over ice or mixing with tropical and citrus juice.
What else you will need
- 850ml vodka or 38% neutral spirit
- 350g sugar or sweetener, adjusted to taste
- 260ml water
Add the full 50ml essence, mix thoroughly and bottle. The recipe makes approximately 1.4 litres.
