Helpful brewing information
Taiheke suits pale ales, IPAs, golden ales and refreshing modern lagers. Use it early for bitterness, late in the boil or whirlpool for flavour, or as a dry hop for the freshest citrus aroma.
Alpha acid varies by harvest, so use the percentage printed on the pack when calculating bitterness. Store sealed, cold and protected from oxygen.

These hops are not identical substitutes. Recalculate bitterness from the alpha-acid figure printed on the actual pack.
