Brick Road DME Dark is a 1kg unhopped dried malt extract suited particularly to stout, porter and dark-ale recipes.
How to use
Use it in place of dextrose, sugar or beer enhancer when a recipe calls for additional dark malt fermentables, or use it to increase gravity in an all-grain recipe. Mix thoroughly with water and follow the quantities specified by your beer kit or recipe.
