What to use with this kit
- Recommended: Add 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light Malt Extract.
- Optional hop lift: Add up to 200g of Galaxy, Citra, Cascade or Nelson Sauvin to suit your preferred intensity.
The kit includes American ale yeast and Melba dry-hop pellets. Follow the kit instructions and maintain a steady fermentation temperature.
