Mangrove Jack’s M84 Bohemian Lager is a bottom-fermenting yeast for European lager and pilsner styles. It produces a soft, delicate and balanced beer with a clean, dry palate.
Fermentation details
- 10 g sachet.
- Use two sachets for up to 23 litres of wort.
- Recommended fermentation range: 10–15°C.
- High attenuation and high flocculation.
- Suitable for pilsner, lager and German bock styles.
What else you will need
A 23-litre batch requires two sachets, so order two units. Reliable temperature control is important for holding the fermentation inside the recommended lager range. Store unopened yeast refrigerated.
