Black Rock Crafted BIB Lager

An all-in-one 23L golden lager kit with balanced malt, moderate bitterness and SafLager W-34/70 yeast, producing about 5.3% ABV.

What else you will need

No extra sugar, dextrose or malt is required. Optional Saaz, Tettnanger or Hallertau suit a classic lager; Riwaka gives a New Zealand direction.

Helpful information

Supplier targets are FG 1.005, 26 IBU and SRM 3. Follow the bag’s temperature directions.
