Black Rock Apple Cider

Black Rock Apple Cider makes a light golden, refreshing sparkling cider from New Zealand apple juice concentrate. It can be brewed as a traditional apple cider or used as a base for compatible berry, citrus or stone-fruit additions.

Premium dry brewing yeast is included under the lid.

What to use with this kit

• Dextrose – 1kg produces a lighter, drier standard batch.
• Cider Enhancer – 1.2kg adds apple character, body and mouthfeel.

For a richer all-juice version, Black Rock also recommends combining two cans and using a specialist cider yeast. Follow the selected recipe and verify stable gravity before bottling.
