Black Rock Crafted American Pale Ale combines ale, lager and caramel malts with Green Bullet bitterness and Cascade hop aroma for a rounded, amber American-style pale ale.

What to use with this kit

• Black Rock Unhopped Ultra Light is the supplier’s recommended malt addition for body without extra bitterness.
• SafAle US-05 provides the recommended clean American-ale fermentation profile.

The kit already includes Cascade hop character; extra dry hops are optional rather than required.
