A highly flocculant Belgian ale yeast with complex fruity esters, high attenuation and fewer phenols than the M41 Belgian Ale strain.
Best suited to
Use for Belgian pale ales, abbey ales and other expressive Belgian styles. One 10g sachet is suitable for up to 23L of wort.
Fermentation guidance
Sprinkle directly and ferment at 18-25 degrees C. Store the unopened sachet in the fridge and follow the current packet for stronger wort or unusual batch sizes.
