Flavour Burst essences are concentrated flavour additions for customising beer, spirits, baking, icing and desserts. The range covers fruit, citrus, spice, nut, sweet and spirit-style flavours, making it useful when you want to add one particular note rather than use a complete drink-style essence.

Choosing a Flavour Burst essence

• Fruit flavours: Add bright character with options such as Flavour Burst Pineapple or Flavour Burst Raspberry.
• Citrus flavours: Flavour Burst Lime is useful when a drink or recipe needs a sharper citrus note.
• Sweet and dessert flavours: Try Flavour Burst Vanilla 125ml for a versatile larger bottle, with chocolate, caramel, coffee and nut flavours also available.
• Spirit and spice flavours: Flavour Burst Rum adds rum-style character, while ginger, cinnamon, peppermint and aniseed provide more distinctive options.

Shake the bottle well, add the essence slowly and taste or test between additions until the desired flavour is reached. Because these are concentrated additions, start cautiously—you can add more, but you cannot easily remove flavour once it has been mixed in.
