Cocktail mixes provide a convenient starting point for classic, tropical, fruit-led and long drinks without measuring every flavour separately. The range includes larger mixes that can be prepared strong over ice, combined with mixers or made into an RTD-style batch, plus concentrated cocktail-style essences with their own mixing instructions.

Choosing a cocktail mix

• Fresh and refreshing: Mojito Cocktail Mix combines mint, lime and white-rum style flavours.
• Tropical styles: Try Maitai Cocktail Mix or Tropicanna Cocktail Mix for fruit-forward drinks.
• Vodka-based favourites: Sex on the Beach Cocktail Mix brings together peach, raspberry and orange flavours.
• Aperitif-style drinks: Heritage Cocktail Mix Pimms Number 1 provides a gin-led herbal, spice and orange style.

Always follow the instructions on the individual product. The 500ml cocktail mixes and smaller concentrated essences use different preparation methods and finished volumes, so they should not be measured in the same way. Add the recommended spirit and mixer, then serve over ice or prepare as directed.
