Vintner’s Harvest Citric Acid – 100g

Food-grade citric acid supplied for the manufacturer-specified final rinse after equipment sterilising, helping adjust the pH of the rinse water.

How to use it

Use only at the dose and in the manner stated on the product label. This product is not a cleaner or a stand-alone sanitiser: first clean the equipment and complete the required sanitising or sterilising step, then use the citric-acid rinse where the process calls for it.

Avoid breathing powder and keep the pack dry and securely closed.
