Still Spirits Top Shelf Whiskey Profile A is a concentrated blending component with a fruity aroma and woody, malty whiskey notes. It is intended for Still Spirits Profile recipes or careful flavour experiments rather than use as a complete essence on its own.

How to use

Shake well, follow the chosen Profile recipe, and measure accurately. When developing your own blend, work with a small test volume and add the component gradually; record each addition before scaling up.

Profile components are most useful as a system: balance aroma, oak, sweetness and body against the recipe rather than judging one component in isolation.
