Top Shelf Spiced Rum

Still Spirits Top Shelf Spiced Rum is a golden rum-style flavouring with warm vanilla and spice notes. It provides an easy base that can be left balanced as mixed or adjusted slightly sweeter to suit your taste.

How to mix

1. Shake the 50ml bottle well.
2. Add the contents to 2.25L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
3. Mix thoroughly, then taste before making any adjustment.

Makes three 750ml bottles. If you prefer a sweeter vanilla and spice profile, the supplier allows sugar to be added to taste, up to approximately 220g across the full 2.25L batch.
