Top Shelf Ruby Port

Still Spirits Top Shelf Ruby Port is a full-bodied port-style flavouring with deep berry notes. Unlike most standard spirit essences, it uses red wine, Liqueur Base B and neutral spirit together.

What else you will need

• One Still Spirits Top Shelf Liqueur Base B
• One 750ml bottle of Merlot
• 770ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka
• Water for topping up; optional sugar to taste

How to mix

Dissolve Base B in the 750ml bottle of Merlot. Shake and add the full 50ml flavouring bottle, then add 770ml of 40% neutral spirit. Top up to 2.25L with water and mix thoroughly. Add sugar only if you prefer a sweeter port style.
