Top Shelf Ouzo

Still Spirits Top Shelf Ouzo creates a clear, strongly aniseed-flavoured spirit inspired by the traditional Greek style.

How to prepare it

Shake the 50ml flavouring bottle well, then add the contents to 2.25L of 40% neutral spirit or vodka. Mix thoroughly to make three 750ml bottles.

No separate liqueur base is required. Allow the mixed spirit a little resting time before serving so the flavour can integrate.
