Still Spirits Top Shelf Blood Orange Gin is a sweet, citrus-forward gin flavouring with aromatic juniper and spicy botanical notes. The 50ml bottle makes 2.25L.

What else you will need

Shake well, add the bottle contents to approximately 70g sugar, then top up to 2.25L with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Stir until the sugar dissolves. The sugar can be adjusted to taste.

This produces three 750ml bottles. Allow the finished blend to rest before assessing sweetness and flavour.
