Wet ex-whiskey oak chips for adding colour, oak and sour-mash whiskey character to neutral spirit.

How to use

Add 10-15g per litre and allow around 10 days of contact as a starting point. Taste during maturation and remove or filter the oak when the balance suits you; the ideal time varies with strength, temperature and dose.
