Still Spirits Turbo Sugar 6 x 2kg

This carton contains six 2kg bags of Still Spirits Turbo Sugar. The blend combines dextrose, sucrose and glucose with activated carbon to help produce a clean spirit wash when used with a compatible Still Spirits turbo yeast.

What to use with it

Use the quantity specified by your chosen turbo yeast rather than assuming every wash requires the full carton. Still Spirits recipes commonly call for 6kg or 8kg of Turbo Sugar, depending on the yeast and distilling system.

Because activated carbon is already included in Turbo Sugar, do not automatically add a separate carbon sachet; follow the directions for the exact yeast or production pack you are using. After fermentation, clearing may still be required where the recipe calls for it.
