Still Spirits Turbo Carbon

Still Spirits Turbo Carbon is an activated liquid carbon added during fermentation to absorb unwanted compounds produced by the yeast. It works with turbo yeast washes to help create a cleaner, smoother neutral spirit.

How to use

1. Massage the sachet before opening so the contents are free of lumps.
2. Add it immediately after pitching your turbo yeast.
3. Stir well to disperse it through the wash.

What to use with Turbo Carbon

• Use with a suitable turbo yeast, such as Still Spirits Classic 8 Turbo Yeast.
• After fermentation, use Still Spirits Turbo Clear to settle and remove the carbon and trapped impurities before distilling.

Important: do not transfer the carbon sediment into the boiler, as the trapped impurities can be released again during distillation.
