Using the thermowell

Fit the elbow into the system with the silicone gasket in the tri-clamp connection. Secure the thermometer probe using the supplied sleeves and stainless steel nut. If no probe is fitted, seal the thermowell with the supplied stainless steel cap and O-ring.

Rinse all components with fresh water before first use. Allow the section to cool fully before handling after distillation. Check local requirements before distilling alcohol.
