Spirits Unlimited Traditional London Dry Gin creates a light, clean gin-style spirit with a distinctly dry finish. The concentrated 50ml bottle makes approximately 5L.

Mixing and resting

Add the flavouring to neutral spirit at the ratio stated on the bottle, mix thoroughly and adjust the final volume as directed.

Allow the finished gin to rest for at least seven days before serving so the botanical and spirit notes can integrate.
