Spirits Unlimited Traditional Bourbon is a concentrated 50ml flavouring for creating an aromatic, youthful bourbon-style drink from a suitable neutral spirit. One bottle makes up to 5L.

Mixing guide

• Use approximately 7.5ml per 750ml bottle of 40% neutral spirit
• Or approximately 11.25ml per 1.125L
• Mix well and rest for at least seven days before assessing the result

Longer resting can help the flavours integrate. Taste after resting before making any fine adjustment to dosage.
