A 50ml bourbon-style whisky flavouring with a pale, lightly aged character, gentle toasted-oak spice and vanilla notes. Makes up to 5 litres.

How to use

Add 10ml per litre of approximately 40% ABV neutral spirit. Mix well and allow seven days for the flavour to integrate.
