A compact 12L clear fermenter set suited to beer batches of around 10L and small wine, cider or spirit-wash recipes.

The solid-lid design does not require an airlock. Clean and sanitise all liquid-contact parts, assemble the tap carefully and water-test for leaks before starting a batch.
