SG Wines Gold Pinot Grigio makes approximately 22.5L, or 30 bottles, of crisp dry white wine with delicate fruit and floral notes.

What else you will need

30L primary fermenter and suitable 23L secondary vessel
Airlock, spoon, hydrometer, thermometer and syphon
Cleaner and sanitiser
3kg granulated sugar or 3.3kg dextrose
Thirty 750ml bottles plus compatible closures

The kit contains grape-juice concentrate, wine yeast, nutrient, acid regulator, stabiliser, flavouring addition and two-part finings. Follow the enclosed six-step instructions. Approximate alcohol is 10.5% ABV.
