SG Wines Gold Merlot makes a soft, approachable red wine with cherry and red-berry notes followed by a smooth oaky finish.

What else you will need

30-litre fermenter and suitable 23-litre secondary vessel
Airlock, spoon, hydrometer, thermometer and syphon
Cleaner and sanitiser
4kg granulated sugar or 4.4kg dextrose
Thirty 750ml bottles plus corks and corker, or suitable screw caps

Makes: 22.5 litres. Approximate alcohol: 13% ABV. The kit includes concentrate, yeast, nutrient, processing additions and finings; follow the enclosed instructions.
