SG Wines Country – Apricot

SG Wines Country Apricot makes six bottles of rich white fruit wine with ripe apricot sweetness and earthy depth.

What else you will need

• Five-litre fermenter and suitable 4.6-litre secondary vessel
• Airlock, spoon, hydrometer, thermometer and syphon
• Cleaner and sanitiser
• 600g granulated sugar or 670g dextrose
• Six 750ml bottles and suitable closures

Makes: 4.5 litres. Approximate alcohol: 10% ABV. Up to 500g additional sugar may be used at bottling only as directed for sweetness; stabilise and follow the enclosed method carefully.
